A ORCA – Organization for Recorded Culture and Arts foi oficialmente lançada este verão, coordenada através do Center for Music Ecosystems.

Como parte do lançamento oficial, a ORCA publicou o seu relatório inaugural, “Setting the Stage: How Music Works.”
